Once you have signed in to your Clicktransfer account, click "My Clicktransfer Area", then click "My Profile" in the dropdown option. Click "My Access Information" to see your contact and login details. From there, click "Update" button next to the field that says "Cell Phone". Enter your current password for security reasons, and then your new cell phone number with the correct country code. Then click "Update Cell Phone". You will then receive an SMS code to confirm the change. Input that code to save your changes. All done!
On our App:
Once you have signed in on the Clicktransfer App, click the menu bar at the top right corner of the screen. Then select "Login Information". Click the pencil icon next to your cell phone number. Enter your current password for security reasons, and then your new cell phone number with the correct country code. The click "Change Cell Phone". You will then receive an SMS code to confirm the change. Input that code to save your changes. Easy!
