When creating your transfer, you will arrive to a step called "Amount to be sent" under the first "Transfer Information" section. Here, you will input the amount you want to send and convert it to the currency of the destination country, if applicable, so you can see how much your recipient will receive. Including the commission means that the operation fee is part of the total amount that you have to pay.
Example:
If you only want to spend a specific amount of money, check the "Include commission in the amount stated" box! If you choose this option, it will deduct the operation fee from your total. So, if you want to send 50€ to your cousin in Argentina, for example, the total cost to you could amount to 52,50€, depending on the operation fee. By checking "Include commission in the amount stated", your total amount to pay is reduced to 50€, which includes the operation fee. This means that you would be sending 47,50€ worth of Argentine Pesos to your cousin, and that you would be paying a maximum of 50€.
If you change your mind about having the commission included, simply unclick the box and the amount to pay will be brought back to the original total, in this case 52,50€.
