How is the money delivered to my recipient?

When you send money, choose your preferred option out of the different delivery methods available in the country of destination:

-Cash pickup: your recipient will collect their money at the payout location you choose. Don't forget to give them the payment code, as some payment agencies will require it for pickup.

-Bank account deposit: the money will be transferred directly into the recipient's bank account. Remember you must input the recipient's bank account details correctly when creating the transfer. If they are incorrect, we will contact you to correct them as soon as possible.

-Home delivery: in some countries, your recipient can have the money delivered right to their home. In this case, you will need to input their full address, and the payment agency will take the money to their door quickly and securely.
