How do I make a transfer?

Transfers are really simple with Clicktransfer.

On our Website:
Once you have created an account and have logged in:
1. Click the “Send Money” button at the top of the webpage and choose “New” to start a new money transfer
2. Select the location, delivery method, send amount, and payment agency available
3. Input the information of the recipient of the money transfer
4. Choose and input the form of payment
5. Because it is your first transfer, please provide the government-issued documents accepted in your country of origin so that we can verify your identity
6. Confirm the order!

On our App:
Once you have created an account and have logged in:
1. Click the button at the bottom of the screen that says "Your First Transfer is Free"
2. Select which country you would like to send money to and the delivery method
3. Choose the send amount and currency, if your selected country offers more than one
4. Select the payment agency
5. Input the information of your recipient by pressing "Add a recipient"
6. Choose and input the form of payment
7. Because it is your first transfer, please provide the government-issued documents so that we can verify your identity
8. Confirm the order!

Fun tip! Click on the icon on the bottom right corner while creating your transfer to see a summary of the transfer so far.
