Our payment agencies will inform us once the transfer has been delivered to the person you sent it to.
Some payment agencies take a little longer to confirm delivery, so your operation may still appear as “ongoing” on your account, even though your recipient may already have it. As soon as the payment agency confirms the delivery, we will update the status of your transfer to reflect that it has been completed.
Your transfer status will also show how the money was delivered to your recipient, which will be the same as you chose when creating the transfer (ex. Home delivery, cash pickup or bank account).
