Your recipient has 90 days to pick-up their money in person. If they do not collect it within this 90-day period, we will try to return the transfer to you.
Please keep in mind the schedules of the payment agencies and the holidays celebrated in the destination country. This could make the transfer process take longer, but the recipient will be able to collect the funds as soon as possible.
