When you are creating your transfer, select "Bank account deposit" to input your recipient's account information. Do the following to fill in the AIS card details:
-In the "Account Type" field, select "Current account",
-In the "Branch Code" field, type the destination of your transfer (city, town or village name is enough),
-In the "Bank Account" field, type the AIS card number (16 digits).

That's it!
