To request a certificate with all the transfers you have made with Clicktransfer, please do the following:

1) Fill out, sign and scan this document

2) Send the filled-in document to corresponsales@mgpsa.com

That's it! Keep in mind that it will take between 1 and 3 working days to have the certificate prepared and sent to you.
