First, make sure that your cell phone has service and that it is receiving other SMS messages. Second, double check that you inputted the right cell phone number. If you did not, you can sign up again with the correct cell phone number. Don't worry, you will not have two accounts created!
If you are not receiving the SMS code when confirming an action online, such as changing your password or confirming a transfer, wait a few minutes and try again. If this does not work, contact our Customer Service Team. We will be happy to help!
