You will have two options when uploading your government-issued ID. You can do so proactively following the instructions below. Or, you can wait to do so until you are creating a transfer operation. If your government-issued ID is necessary for the operation, you will be prompted to upload your government-issued ID before you can confirm and finalize your transfer.
On our Website:
First sign in your Clicktransfer account. Then click "My Clicktransfer Area" at the top right of the homepage and "My Profile" in the dropdown menu. This will take you to the page with your personal details.
To upload your government-issued ID, click "Update Document" under the "Identity Document" section. You can use the webcam on your computer or your cell phone to take a picture of your ID, or you can scan it. Click here to learn which government-issued IDs are accepted from your country of origin. If you choose your identity card, make sure that both sides are visible so that we can verify your government-issued ID as quickly as possible.
On our App:
You can only change your login information on the Clicktransfer App. If you wish to change your personal information, please read above for the directions to do so on our website.
