First sign in your Clicktransfer account. Then click "My Clicktransfer Area" and then "My Profile" in the dropdown menu. This will take you to the page with your personal details.
To change your government-issued ID, click "Update Document" under the "Identity Document" section. You can use the webcam on your computer or your cell phone to take a picture of your ID, or you can scan it. Click here to learn with IDs are accepted.
To update your government-issued ID, click the boxes that show your current ID. Then, select the new picture or scanned document of your government-issued ID from your computer. If you chose your identity card, do this once for the front of your ID and again for the back. Then click "Edit Information" so that you can input your new government-issued ID type, ID number, and expiration date. Press "Save Information". We will review your new government-issued ID as soon as possible.

You can only change your login information on the Clicktransfer App. If you wish to change your personal information, please read above for the directions to do so on our website.
