First sign in your Clicktransfer account. Then click "My Clicktransfer Area" at the top right of the homepage and "My Profile" in the dropdown menu. This will take you to the page with your personal details. Click "Update Information" under the "Residence Information" section. Once there, you can input your new address.
If you are moving to a new country or to a different state within the US, please contact our Customer Service Team so that we can help you make the changes.
On our App:
You can only change your login information on the Clicktransfer App. If you wish to change your address, please read above for the directions to do so on our website.
