How can I check the status of my transfer?

You can check the status of any of your operations on both our website and on the Clicktransfer App! As soon as you log in, the homepage will show a list of pending operations with their statuses. If there is more than one, simply click on the operation that you wish to see the status of. The status bar will update itself as the transfer process progresses until it reaches your recipient.

You can also see a complete list of your operations and their statuses in "My Clicktransfer Area" under the "My operations" section. Click on any transfer to see more information, such as the chosen payment agency or method of payment. You can also use the search function to help find specific operations.
