Some of our payment agencies will ask the recipients for a payment code when they go to pick up the money to more easily identify if they are the true recipient of the transfer. This code can be made of numbers and/or letters.
You will always have your payment code in the transfer receipt that we will email you and in the summary after completing your operation, which can be found in your transfer history.
