If the transfer was sent to the recipient’s bank account, the funds will appear there as soon as your selected payment agency confirms the account information.
If your recipient must go pick-up the funds in person, they have 90 days to do so. If they do not collect the money within this 90-day period, we will try to return the transfer to you.
Please also keep in mind the schedules of the payment agencies and the holidays celebrated in the destination country, which could make the transfer process take a bit longer.
