Clicktransfer emails are very secure. We use the Google SMTP server with a secure SSL connection. SSL stands for “Secure Sockets Layer”, which is a digital security tool that encrypts communication to keep your private information secure in our emails.
If a Clicktransfer email has gone to spam, it’s probably due to the default settings of your email provider, such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc. Many of these email providers try to protect you by automatically filtering your emails into a spam folder by, for example, analyzing the content of the messages. Because we are a money transfer business, the content of our emails includes terms such as “money”, “100% money back guarantee”, “transfer”, etc, which confuses the email provider into thinking we are spam. That is why, despite coming from a secure and protected source, your email account might accidently filter us as spam, even though we are not!
The solution is to approve Clicktransfer emails so we can communicate with you more directly. To do so, remove Clicktransfer messages from your spam list and add helpdesk@Clicktransfer.co to your address book. Problem solved!
