If you feel as though we haven't treated you with the high Clicktransfer standard, you have the right to file a claim. To do so, you have several options: filling out this online form, calling (+34) 912 842 375, emailing claims@Clicktransfer.co or mailing a letter to our Customer Service Team at MONTY GLOBAL PAYMENTS, S.A.U E.P., Calle Miguel Ángel Nº 21 7ª planta 28010- Madrid.
Regardless of the option that you choose to file the claim, you must include the following:
•Your name, last name(s), address and the number of your government-issued ID.
•Reason for the claim, the matters which you require our action on, and, if needed, the monetary amount you are disputing.
•A statement that the claim is not currently being tried administratively, arbitrarily or judicially.
•The place, date and your signature.
We would also need any supplementary documents that you have to support your claim.
You can file your claim up to 2 years after the transaction in question. The claim will be resolved in a period of 2 months after filing your claim. Ten days after a solution has been found, we will send you a letter or email explaining our conclusions and solutions regarding your claim. If you do not agree with our outcome, please contact the Bank of Spain.
